This sake offers a medley of fresh fruit, floral, and spice aromas—think banana, raspberry, vanilla, and a touch of musk. On the palate, you’ll find tropical fruits and berries, layered with gentle spice. Fruity sweetness is balanced by herbal and floral notes, with a soft acidity and a touch of umami, all wrapped in a delicate, elegant effervescence.

Part of the ‘Impression’ series, the H stands for "Ho no Tomo," the base sake in the Zaku range. It’s pressed and bottled straight from the tank, preserving its fresh, lively character typical of unpasteurised sake.
