Order & Shipping

Delivery time depends on the courier used and your location. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.

Tracking information may take some time to update. Please allow some time and check the tracking information again later.

If your parcel is marked as “Delivered”, it may have been left in a safe place such as your front door or parcel locker, or received on your behalf by building management staff or a third party. Please first check around your delivery address, parcel lockers, and with your building management or reception.

If you are still unable to locate the parcel after these checks, we recommend contacting the delivery carrier directly using the tracking information, as they may be able to provide further details.

We are also happy to assist where possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at shop@sake-selector.com.au, including your order number and tracking code.

Please note that once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” in the carrier’s tracking system, any loss or theft may fall outside the carrier’s investigation scope, and we may be unable to offer further assistance in such cases.

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship orders within Australia.

Yes, we ship to business addresses.
P.O. Box addresses can only be serviced by Australia Post. If you enter a P.O. Box, your order will automatically be shipped using Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide a pick-up option.

Product Availability & Issues

Some items may be marked as “Waiting from Stock” if we are expecting a restock from our supplier.
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or a substitute option.
