Order & Shipping
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Delivery time depends on the courier used and your location. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.
My order was marked as shipped, but tracking hasn't been updated. What should I do?
If your parcel has been marked as shipped but there’s no progress in delivery or no updates in tracking for several days, please contact us at shop@sake-selector.com.au with your order number. We’ll follow up with the delivery provider and get back to you with an update.
The tracking information says "Delivered", but I haven’t received my parcel.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at shop@sake-selector.com.au with your order number and tracking code. We’ll help resolve the issue.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship orders within Australia.
Do you ship to business addresses or P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to business addresses.
P.O. Box addresses can only be serviced by Australia Post. If you enter a P.O. Box, your order will automatically be shipped using Australia Post.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide a pick-up option.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@sake-selector.com.au. We’ll do our best to assist.
What do I do if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please email us at shop@sake-selector.com.au with your order number and request. We’ll let you know what can be done.
How can I check my order information?
You can log into your Sake Selector account here to view your order history and status.
Product Availability & Issues
What if an item is out of stock?
Some items may be marked as “Waiting from Stock” if we are expecting a restock from our supplier.
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or a substitute option.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
