Deliveries for Sydney Metro, Sydney Outer Metro, Melbourne, Canberra, and Brisbane typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. For South Australia, please expect delivery within 3-4 business days. For Western Australia and Tasmania, delivery may take 5-7 business days from the shipping date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also monitor your order status on your account page.

Unfortunately no, you may only ship to one address per order.

Yes, we do ship to business addresses and/or P.O.Box.

You will be notified by email that your order has been shipped. If you place an order Thursday through Sunday however, we will use our discretion with regards to weather conditions as to if the shipment will not go out until the following Monday to prevent it from being held in a storage facility over the weekend.

Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship orders within Australia.

Unfortunately, we do not currently provide a pick-up option.

If you need to modify your order or update your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page. While we cannot guarantee changes, as it depends on how quickly you contact us, we will make every effort to assist you.

While it’s highly unlikely, there are rare occasions where we may need to cancel an order due to a shortage of materials or potential concerns about fraud. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and provide a clear explanation.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or if you receive the wrong item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
