Yuzumaru is a carefully crafted yuzu liqueur made with the brewery’s own junmai sake, locally sourced natural yuzu juice.

No artificial flavours or colourings are used, allowing the pure, vibrant aroma of yuzu to shine. Unlike spirits-based yuzu drinks, this sake-based version is mellow and smooth, with a refreshing citrus tang and soft umami from the sake.
