It is a well-balanced sake with a smooth mouthfeel and a delicious rice flavour and aroma. This sake has a layered palate with a lovely richness, and some sweetness up front - but finishes clean, with a medium dry finish, making it very easy drinking with or without food. This sake is great to pair alongside a variety of dishes. Try it with grilled meats, yakitori, barbeque, dumplings or pizza. Also pairs well with fresh, creamy oysters, and miso or soy based dishes.
