Made with 100% Murakami tea—the northernmost-grown tea in Japan—cultivated in Niigata’s Murakami City, where the tea fields are blanketed with snow during the harsh Echigo winters. The leaves develop a gentle sweetness and soft flavour unique to this region, and only the finest are carefully selected for this sake.
Enjoy it on the rocks, with soda, or straight. It can also be poured over shaved ice or ice cream for a refreshing treat. Best served well-chilled.
