This sake-based liqueur is made with "Kohaze," a type of Natsuhaze berry grown in Kamikoani Village, Akita.
Belonging to the same family as blueberries, Natsuhaze produces small, tart, dark-purple berries in autumn. While naturally very sour, they have been carefully crafted into a smooth, fruity liqueur. Enjoy its rich colour and balanced sweet-tart flavour.
