The first step is pickled them in the original sake (genshu) of 'KINOENE Masamune' . This one extra step brings out a rich, deep flavor...! This premium UMEKICHI has a fresh aroma of Ume and is very smooth, with a long-lasting aftertaste of plum flavour.
