Kanazawa Nakamuraya Muroka Tokubetsu Junmai is made with Gohyakumangoku rice from Ishikawa and Kanazawa No. 14 yeast. As a muroka sake (non-charcoal filtered), it has a soft golden hue and a natural, unrefined character.

The aroma is inviting, with notes of rice, coconut, tropical fruit, and hints of smoke and roasted parsnip. On the palate, it’s rich yet elegant, offering tropical fruit, savoury depth, and a touch of minerality, with a lightly tannic finish that keeps you coming back.

Best served chilled in wine-style glassware, but also enjoyable at room temperature. For sake enthusiasts, a Riedel Junmai glass brings out juicy notes of melon and mango, adding roundness to the flavour.
