Made with 100% locally grown habaneros from Myoko City, Niigata, this Tabasco-style hot sauce is blended with soy sauce and kanzuri (a traditional fermented chilli paste). The soy-based recipe makes it an excellent match for Japanese cuisine, and unlike regular Tabasco, it contains no vinegar, giving it a rich flavour without acidity.

This intensely spicy sauce isn’t just hot—it’s packed with umami from kanzuri. Made from fully ripened red habaneros, it delivers a deeper, slightly hotter kick than the green variety.
