This plum sake has a sweet, fruity aroma and a rich yet mellow taste, balancing sweet and tart notes with a touch of nuttiness. It’s made with small but thick-fleshed Ryukyo Koume plums from Nagano’s Ina Valley, hand-prepared before being steeped in sake. Smooth and velvety, it’s great on the rocks or mixed 1:1 with sparkling water.
