Iki Shochu is a locally crafted barley shochu with a long history on Iki Island. Recognised with Geographical Indication (GI Iki) status in 1995, it stays true to tradition by using rice koji, adding depth and character.
Aged for over 8 years, this shochu has a rich, full-bodied flavour, balancing the natural sweetness of rice with a smooth barley aroma.
